Right to Know

60% of women reported either not knowing what their male counterparts earn or believe they earn less than them for the same work. It's this secrecy that allows employers to get away with pay discrimination. 



We want to modernise the Equal Pay law by implementing the Right to Know - where women who suspect they are being paid less than their male counterparts are legally entitled to have this information. 

Please write to your MP and ask them to pledge their support for the Right to Know.
