Write to Support Enforced Gender Pay Gap Reporting

In 2020 gender pay gap reporting was suspended as a result of the pandemic. We are asking MPs to support the enforcement of gender pay gap reporting. 

Gender pay gap reporting allows employers to identify an issue that needs action and respond. The coronavirus pandemic has had a disproportionate impact on women and work and it is vital we don't risk turning back the clock on gender equality by stopping the mandatory reporting of gender pay gaps for large employers.
